This NOC is effective as of the date it was issued for a duration of six (06) months. However, in accordance with pars 1-(xiii) of the recruiting policy rules, which were updated as of 22 October 2014, recruitment must be completed no later than 120 days after the date of the advertisement.
The responsible Ministry or Division may send the job posting immediately to the Pre. Information Department and Information & Broadcasting Division. However, when making a recruitment, the responsible Ministry, Division, Department, or Organization’s appointing authority must ensure that all procedural and legal requirements are followed in letter and spirit in accordance with the Recruitment Policy and will be held accountable for any violations.
